Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for your support of Scuethyee, we will provide you with the most pleasant shopping experience. Due to international shipping there may be delays. In order to track your order, please contact Scuethyee (support@scuethyeespace.com) so that we can provide you with an order tracking number.

Shipping Time:

Scuethyee offers free standard shipping on all orders.

Courier: DHL/FEDEX/UPS

The time period when you receive the goods is divided into processing time and delivery time.

Processing time: 7-9 working days

Delivery time: 4-6 weeks


Note:

1. Out-of-stock items will be replenished and shipped immediately after arriving at our warehouse. For large items, if the package size exceeds 32" , we will use sea transportation, and the shipping time is 35-45 days. I hope you can understand.
2. Please provide a safe and reliable delivery destination. If you think it cannot be delivered safely, please provide an alternative address that can be delivered. If special shipping instructions are required for shipment, they must be indicated at the time of ordering.

International shipping: Scuethyee will not ship outside of the United States , Canada and Australia.

Items damaged in transit: carefully check the packaging for any visual damage. If you find that the goods are damaged, please do not accept or sign for it. Obtain damage notification from the shipper and notify Scuethyee immediately. If the damage is hidden, please notify Scuethyee within 24 hours of receiving the product.

 

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time (depending on your location)

Tracking

You will receive an email when your order is shipped out. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you are unable to track your package properly, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Type of transportation

  1. General Express (7-10 days)

If the overall package size of the sent products is less than 32'', such as samples and handles, we usually use express shipping, the courier company is usually FedEx / DHL / UPS / SF International.

      2. Manston+truck(4-6 weeks)

If your package is over 32'', we usually use ocean freight and Mason is our usual shipping company. After arriving at the destination port, it will be transferred to truck delivery, please pay attention to the text message or information, our customer service staff will keep updating the logistic information for you by email!

       3. Ordinary boats + truck(50-55 days)

If you purchase a package with a larger size, such as a cabinet or a large chandelier, the shipping time will be longer and will require your patience, we believe our products are worth the wait!

Note:

If you want to provide expedited service, there will be an additional charge for expedited shipping, please communicate with customer service staff in advance.

White Gloves Delivery Service

We will deliver the goods to the shipping address you filled in, if you want to change the shipping address,please contact us ASAP.Change the delivery address after the shipment will be charged additional transportation costs.
Due to the large volume of furniture, if you want to deliver directly to the home, need white glove service, please contact us in advance, we can arrange and provide you with a quote, or you directly contact the logistics company and pay in person. We will give you the contact details of the logistics company.

Out of delivery time

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at support@scuethyeespace.com and we will promptly verify the situation with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellation

We understand that for some reason you want to cancel or modify your order, we can help you cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being initiated, but you cannot cancel if the goods have already been delivered to logistics. If you do not like the goods, you can initiate a return request after you have received them.

About taxes

In a few cases, orders may be subject to customs fees charged by your government, not our website, and you will be responsible for these fees. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on customs fees, duties and taxes.

Breakage in transit

In rare cases breakage can occur, but crushing and bumping in transit cannot be ruled out as a cause of part breakage, please contact us and we will replace the broken part for you free of charge.
