We accept that the customer return and exchange goods within 30 natural days from the next day after receiving the product. Returned product must be in its original package and in new/unused condition to qualify for a refund. Afterwards, please send us a video or pictures to prove it!
If the product has been already installed, it can not be returned. We provide after-sales service for 2 years after customers receive products.

Quality problems
If you find any quality defects after receiving the goods, Please take video or photos as evidence and contact the website's customer service to explain the situation.You can return it for a 100% refund plus the freight you pay for the return.
NOTE: If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify.For parts damaged or lost during transportation, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

If you want to return or exchange an item for personal reasons, We only charge a storage fee of 20% of the order price.However,You will be responsible for the freight.
You need to pay the freight to ship it back to the specific address we offered you, and ensure that the product is sealed in its original packaging and is in a resale state. Once we receive the product and confirm that the product is in a new/unused state, we will process your refund.So you end up getting a refund of the remaining amount minus 20% of the order amount and the cost of shipping our first shipment to you.
Here's an example for reference:
The customer bought a product at $600. After receiving the product, He/she change his/her mind and want to return it. The customer put everything back into the original box and ship it back to our warehouse at his/her own cost ($100). After we verify that the product is in its original condition. We will refund $300($120 for the storage fee,$180 for the shipping fee,the shipping fee is different due to your address).
NOTE: If the return is not on account of a manufacturer defect, customers are responsible to ship the product back to us at their own cost and our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund as well.
If the customer needs: we will communicate the material, style and size of products with customers in the early stage. After production and before delivery. We will confirm the produced products by means of pictures and videos. Verify product quality. After the custom product inspection, there are no problems. We will ship the goods. Then inform the product order number for tracking. Provide after-sales service for 2 years after customers receive products.(Customized products)
How to return?
We try to make it as easy as possible for you. Follow these 3 easy steps to return any portion of your order in accordance with our Return Policy.
1. Process Your Return
Reply to your order confirmation email and specify which items(include product name, SKU, or product website link) you want to return. Also, please include reasons for the return and indicate whether you prefer a refund or a replacement item.
The customer experience specialist will process your request. If you send the product to any other address, there will be no refund.
2. Packaging
Please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original package. ensure that all components of all items being returned are thoroughly sealed in their original packaging, including all original packaging material.
3. Shipping
Before shipping, please take pictures of the inside and outside of the packages as records to show that products are indeed in their original condition. we strongly advise you to use an insured, traceable shipping method to return items. For shipping, feel free to ship the product back to us with your choice of shipping carrier. (You do have to pay for the shipping first. If it is a quality-related issue, we will refund you the shipping cost once we confirm the issue.) If you choose Signature Required when delivery, please do make sure that the shipping agent allows us to sign on the back of the notice so that they can re-deliver without any issue.
After ship it, please take a picture of the receipt along with the tracking number and Product damage detail and send it to us at support@scuethyeespace.com.
Once products are received and unused, undamaged, and in their original package. All the return product(s) will go through inspections. when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned, we will issue the refund within 10 business days. We will send you an email confirmation as well once the return is completed.
We will combine your previous payment channels and make a refund on the same route. If you are using a debit card or visa card payment method, it will take 7-10 working days. It will be the same way back. If you want to get it back faster, you can contact your local bank service. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.
Exchanges
The exchange will be considered as a return and re-purchase. Custom products are not eligible for exchange.
More Details about the return policy
1. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to scuethyeespace.com unless items are defective. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and received by scuethyeespace.com in new condition with the original packaging, including outer boxes when applicable.
2. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. For this reason, we strongly advise you to use an insured, traceable shipping method to return items.
3. We reserve the right not to process the refund if your request not be approved or items returned in unacceptable condition.
Refunds Note
We must receive returned products before we can issue any refund. If we did not receive the products back for any giving reason, like the customer refuses to send the product back or the customer refuses to accept the package resulting in the shipping agent destroying the package, we will not be able to issue any refund.
Order Cancellation
Custom products :
Custom products are not eligible for cancellation, because custom products cannot be resold.
Standard product:
- You can cancel for free within 24 hours after you place the order by replying to your order confirmation email.
- You can still cancel it as long as the products have not been shipped out. However, we will charge 10% of the order price as processing fee .
- If this product has already been manufactured and shipped out of the warehouse and is in transit to the port, cancellation of the order is subject to a 20% charge of the order amount as storage and interception fees.
- Once the product is shipped out and had a tracking number, the order can not be canceled.
