Scuethyee offers free standard shipping on all orders.
Shipping Regions: Canada, USA
Courier Options: DHL / FedEx / UPS
Express Delivery

  • Processing Time: 7–9 business days
  • Delivery Time: 4–6 weeks
  • Taxes: All express deliveries are subject to tax
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost


Sea Freight Shipping (Free Option)

  • Shipping Fee: Free
  • Customs Duty: Free
  • Processing Time: 10–12 business days
  • Shipping Time: 5–7 weeks

Our logistics service provides door-to-door delivery. Please note that we do not offer white glove service. Large items are securely packed in wooden crates to ensure safe transport.

NOTE:

1. Out-of-Stock Items
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be shipped promptly upon restocking at our warehouse.
For oversized packages exceeding 39 inches (100 cm), Scuethyee reserves the right to ship via sea freight. Estimated delivery for sea freight is 35–45 days. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these timelines.

2. Delivery Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing a secure and valid delivery address. If the original address is deemed insecure or inaccessible, an alternative delivery location must be provided.
Any special shipping instructions (e.g., gate codes, preferred delivery hours) must be specified at the time of order placement. Scuethyee is not liable for failed deliveries due to insufficient or inaccurate delivery information.

3. Shipping Coverage
Scuethyee currently offers shipping services exclusively to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

We do not support shipments to other international destinations at this time.

4. Goods Damaged in Transit
All customers are advised to inspect shipments at the time of delivery.

  • If visible damage is noted, the customer must refuse delivery and request a damage report from the carrier.
  • If damage is not immediately apparent, Scuethyee must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within the specified timeframe may affect eligibility for compensation or replacement.

5. Delivery Timelines
The total delivery time is comprised of both processing and shipping periods:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination address.
6. Tracking Information
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

  • Tracking numbers are typically activated within 24 hours, but may require up to 72 hours to reflect updates, particularly during high-volume periods.
  • If tracking information remains unavailable, please contact Scuethyee Customer Support. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.

7. Delayed Deliveries
In the event of a shipping delay, please contact us at support@scuethyeespace.com. We will initiate an inquiry with the shipping carrier and provide updates as soon as possible. Scuethyee is not responsible for carrier-related delays but will assist in resolving such issues promptly.

8. Order Cancellations
Order cancellation requests will be honored within 24 hours of the order being placed, provided the goods have not yet been dispatched to logistics.
Once the order has been transferred to the carrier, cancellations are no longer permitted.

If the customer no longer wishes to retain the item, a return request may be initiated after delivery, subject to the terms of our Return Policy.

9. Taxes and Customs Duties
In certain jurisdictions, orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authority.
Such charges are not included in the product or shipping prices listed on Scuethyee’s platform and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We recommend consulting your local customs office for detailed information regarding applicable charges.

10. Breakage and Damaged Parts
Although we take every precaution to ensure items are securely packaged, damage during transit may occur.

If any product or component arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately.

Scuethyee will provide free replacement parts in the case of verified breakage occurring during shipment.
