A modern design for luxurious living spaces, our Madrone Collection features low-profile silhouettes with track arms and deep seating accented by subtle piping. Aniline-dyed leather features a rich, matte surface with a super soft feel. Natural details in the leather’s surface, uneven pebbling, and subtle color variations add unique beauty to each piece.

Solid wood legs are inset, giving each piece the appearance of floating above the ground.

The frame support system features no-sag springs made from recycled steel, supported by flexible elastic webbing for added durability.

Seat cushions are filled with dense foam and padded with poly fibers for enhanced comfort.

Backrests and arms are filled with a supportive blend of foam and poly fibers, while the back frame system is sustained by flexible elastic webbing for improved support.

Product Care

Scuethyee Collections are crafted by artisans worldwide to withstand everyday use. However, normal wear and tear will naturally occur with use.

Leather Care:
Spot clean with a dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For deeper cleaning, use a damp, undyed cloth with distilled water to gently wipe the leather. For oil-based spills, blot with a clean, soft cloth. Oil should fade over time.Avoid harsh cleaners, scrubbing, or using hard-bristle brushes.

Upholstery Care: Spot clean with a clean, absorbent, undyed cloth using a blotting motion (blot from the outside in). Never scrub. Vacuum regularly with upholstery and crevice attachments. Avoid direct sunlight, heat, or moisture to prevent fading.

General Tips: Always test upholstery cleaners in an inconspicuous area before use. Follow cleaning product instructions carefully. For heavy cleaning, consider a professional service.

1. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Sales will communicate with you the details of the products, whether it is style or size, we will do our best to meet your requirements. And we have a wealth of wood color cards and fabric color cards for you to choose; in addition, it is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items can reach the required location through any entry points (such as doorways, stairs, corridors, elevators, and corners). Please refer to our furniture measurement guide for instructions on measuring the space of your house to ensure that the items will fit when delivered.


3. PRODUCT PRODUCTION
When the product customization is confirmed, we start producing furniture. Many Scuethyee products are handmade. Given their handmade and hand-finished nature, their changes are worth looking forward to and celebrating. Each item is unique and no two are exactly the same. The items shown in the pictures and galleries on our website may differ from your actual work.

Special orders begin production immediately after the order is placed and are produced according to your specifications. Therefore, the order cannot be canceled or changed. Generally speaking, the production cycle of the product is 30-40 days. If the production cycle of the product changes, we will notify you by email.

4. CONFIRM THE FINISHED PRODUCT
After the finished product is produced, we will send you photos and videos of the product for confirmation. You can ask to see various details for final confirmation. If everything is OK, we will pack and prepare to send.

5. TRANSPORTATION
You are responsible for ensuring that all delivery address information and contact numbers are correct. This is especially important. United States: For door-to-door orders, we will transport the furniture to the port closest to you depending on your state. The shipping time varies from 25 to 45 days. After arriving at the port, we will arrange customs clearance and delivery, which takes 10 to 15 days.

6. Delivery
After customs clearance, the truck driver will deliver the product to your standard address. Please pay attention to the driver's call and be ready to receive the item.

What payment methods can I use?

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?

E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
